PLEASE NOTE

Urology, P.C. Patients:

We are making some exciting changes to improve our office functions by transitioning to a new Electronic Medical Record system, which will allow us to meet upcoming Federal requirements. 

This transition will begin January 16, 2012; therefore we are requesting your patience as we move to the new software.  We will do our best to maintain consistent schedules; however delays may occur in the beginning stages.  You may also be requested to furnish us additional or previously supplied information to populate the new software.

Inclement Weather Closings

At times weather emergencies may disrupt clinic and surgery center operations. Should it be necessary to close Urology, P.C./Urology Surgical Center, the closing notice will be broadcast on the following radio channels and television stations:

RADIO	AM KFAB -1110 KLIN – 1400 KFOR – 1240	FM B-107 – 107.3 FROGGY 98 – 98.1
TELEVISION	KOLN/KGIN CHANNEL 10/11 KLKN CHANNEL 8

 

 

In any inclement weather, we encourage patients to check the listed sources prior to leaving for an appointment or surgery.
